Salsa Across Borders is a vibrant cultural experience that brings people together through music, dance, history, and community.
Rooted in the understanding that salsa’s rhythms trace back to West and Central Africa and traveled through the Caribbean before becoming the global dance phenomenon we know today, this event celebrates the shared cultural roots that connect Black and Brown communities across borders and generations.
Throughout the day, participants are invited to explore the story of salsa through live performances, cultural storytelling, and interactive experiences that make history come alive. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, Salsa Across Borders offers something for everyone.
